Provide on-site customer training and lead clinical activities

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site customer training including hands on skill set for APM products accordance with relevant instruction for use, guideline and training materials
  • Organize and execute training programs for healthcare professionals
  • Deliver product value and solution based on product functionality to users
  • Update clinical knowledge to customer by delivering literatures  
  • Prepares and presents seminars, webinars to a wide array of audience
  • Interpret and understand customer requirements, and how they relate to product functionality and performance
  • Provides periodic reports to management including activity in the field, customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Resolves and/or escalates customer issues & complaints
  • Accompany BD Sales and BD distributor to provide applications assistance

Job Requirement

  • 3+ years' experience in tertiary hospitals
  • Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic English skill required
