Position SummaryThe Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Flow Cytometry instruments to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Install and validate Flow Cytometry systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose technical issues (mechanical/optical/electronic/software)
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Complete service reports and follow compliance standards
• Build strong customer relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
• Minimum 2~3yr experience with laboratory/medical equipment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to travel and work independently
• English technical documentation reading ability
Preferred
• Flow Cytometry experience
• GLP/GMP or hospital environment experience
