Job Summary

We are seeking a Training & Change Management Manager to lead processes and activities within the communication and change management workstream. 

Your role will be essential in ensuring that all teams can operate efficiently, providing change management guidance and communication to facilitate a smooth transition and communication across functional domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder engagement and feedback incorporation: Engage with stakeholders across various functions and regions to ensure alignment and smooth transition. Gather and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders to continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Change management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the integration of new businesses and promote new ways of working.
  • Communication planning and execution: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans tailored to different audience levels, including senior executives and frontline employees toinform, clarify and generate excitement / buy-in.
  • Content creation: Develop FAQs, guides and presentations to support program activities.
  • Training and support: Provide training and support to users to help them navigate the changes effectively.
  • Develop strategies and define KPIs to measure adoption and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management,communications and stakeholder management within a multinational corporation (MNC) setting.
  • Strong ability to influence.
  • Good platform skills to present complex topics to all levels in the organisation.
  • Ideally with experience in Medical / Pharma and in business integration projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Comfortable working across different functional domains such as sales, commercial, regulatory, quality, medical, technology (IT), and supply chain, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
