Job Description Summary

Join our dynamic Nordic IDS team as a Marketing Coordinator, providing essential administrative and marketing support. This role is key in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across internal and external contacts at all levels. Working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities efficiently and handling confidential information with discretion will be vital. The position offers an opportunity to engage with various business functions, develop marketing materials, and support digital initiatives, events, and database management. This one year fixed-term contract role is based in our Nordic headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, ensuring a good work-life balance with one remote working day per week.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and manage face-to-face events, including logistics and execution.
  • Oversee exhibition participation, from registration and compliance to booth design and materials.
  • Administer and maintain marketing platforms such as Veeva Vault and ShowPad.
  • Process purchase orders and manage procurement through BuySmart.
  • Support digital marketing activities and the adaptation of marketing materials to Nordic market needs.
  • Qualify leads and update records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate translation orders and ensure consistency across materials.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations.

About you:

  • First experience in a business support focused role with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience with a larger organisation and/or within healthcare is a big plus.
  • Proficient in English and at least one Nordic language, both written and spoken.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, with a structured and meticulous approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Veeva Vault would be beneficial.
  • Strong communicator with experience in internal and external interactions.
