1. Achieve annual Instrument sales budget
1.1 Follow up reporting and colleague needs as defined by BD
1.2 Implement sales programs and ensure the objectives and quality of implementation achieved
1.3 Build strong relationship with customers for seeding cases
2. Develop sales strategies on Research and Clinical Instrument business
2.1 Provide required reports on-time and accurately
2.2 Proactive seek opportunity and convert competitors in Instrument Platform business
3. Skills and Abilities
- Organize technical seminars and provide product information
- Good presentation skills
- Proficiency in Flow cytometry is preferred
- Statistics and Excel interpretation is preferred
- Experience for flow cytometer selling and management is plus
