• Comply with BD’s Business Code of Conduct.
• Maintain & develop relationships with existing users/ accounts.
• Sales and promotion of Breast surgical equipment and chemotherapy treatment artificial catheter products.
• Improve users’ awareness & skills, assist users to find the solutions of practice via educational workshops, trainings, or resources.
• Assist the company to manage the inventory and financial forecast by providing accurate sales forecast and also to monitor inventories and maintain accurate consignment.
• Assist in most sales and marketing activities to maximize business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Ensure the completion of personal goals and share experiences to assist new businesses in the team to complete KPIs.
• Fulfilling the core value of mutual respect and teamwork in workplace.
• Customer: Physicians, nurses, and hospital procurement staff.
• Environment: Operation Room/Mammography Room.
