Job Description Summary
海外医療機器（特管第八区分：検体検査用機器関連）の導入準備、設置など保守サービス全般業務。・新製品の導入業務及び、既存関連製品の社内外の製品技術担当者としての活動。
・米国その他諸外国（グローバルチーム）との渉外活動（海外出張あり）
・問題解析、改善等の内勤勤務。
・公共機関およびサービスカーによる問題解決のための顧客訪問、オンサイト外勤活動もあり。
Job Description
* BD製品（医療機器、ソフトウェア等）に関するの新製品の導入準備、設置など保守サービス全般業務。
既存関連製品の技術担当者としての対応
* 問題解決のための調査、検証、および製造元へのエスカレーション
* 社内関連部署（営業、マーケティング、品質保証等）との連携
* 製品トレーニングの実施（主に社内エンジニア向け）
* 技術資料の作成、更新、および翻訳
* 必要に応じたオンサイトでの技術サポートおよび修理
* 製品の改善提案
