Working in partnership with clinicians, infection prevention teams, and commercial colleagues, the role supports implementation, education, and optimisation of clinical practice across the UK. This is a field-based role focused on supporting healthcare institutions across the full lifecycle—from evaluation and adoption through to continuous improvement. Candidates must be based within the M62 corridor (Liverpool, Manchester, or Leeds area), with travel required up to four days per week and occasional overnight stays.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting product evaluations, implementation planning, and adoption within local clinical practice
  • Delivering high-quality clinical education through one-to-one and structured group training sessions
  • Facilitating accredited training programmes for nursing teams and targeted education for surgeons and theatre teams
  • Supporting development and implementation of clinical protocols and standard of care pathways
  • Monitoring performance and outcomes using agreed metrics and practice improvement methodologies
  • Developing local clinical champions and supporting peer-to-peer education initiatives such as symposia, masterclasses, and proctor days
  • Building credible relationships with clinicians, infection prevention teams, and internal colleagues to support customer and business objectives

About you:

  • Clinical background in operating theatre, intensive care, or a related acute care environment
  • Degree-level nursing qualification preferred, with industry or teaching experience advantageous
  • Experience providing field-based clinical support within the medical device industry beneficial
  • Ability to develop strong technical knowledge of theatre-based products, procedures, and clinical indications
