In our Quality team, we collaborate on a large scale, focusing on making sure everything is correct, effective and efficient to bring the highest-quality and most competitive products and services to our customers and their patients.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate daily sample deliveries from European countries to the warehouse in Belgium and onward shipments to investigation sites.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports to support process analysis and improvement.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data communication and customs clearance.
- Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution, leading regular calls with logistics providers.
- Monitor stock levels of empty shipment boxes and place timely orders to maintain operational continuity.
- Share updates on seasonal sample assortments and delivery statuses with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with data analysts to track shipment metrics and monitor logistics provider performance.
- Support special projects and data organization tasks as assigned by the manager.
About You:
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or office coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across different teams and vendors.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools, especially Excel.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
Salary range for the role: 7.500 PLN to 8.000 PLN per month + benefits
