About the role
Join a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards in complaint handling and regulatory reporting. As a ServiceMax Vigilance Administrator, you will play a key role in managing vigilance activities through BD’s ServiceMax platform, helping maintain data accuracy and compliance across systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to healthcare quality and safety through structured processes and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and approve vigilance activities related to complaints received via BD ServiceMax
- Complete regulatory reporting tasks in alignment with internal and external requirements
- Maintain accurate and complete complaint records using TrackWise
- Coordinate updates and corrections across systems to prevent duplication or reporting gaps
- Support onboarding and training of new team members on vigilance processes
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance workflow
- Assist the Vigilance team with additional duties as needed
About you
- Experienced in using Microsoft 365 tools for daily tasks and reporting
- Skilled in analysing data and communicating findings clearly
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Familiar with complaint handling or quality systems in regulated environments
- Knowledgeable in TrackWise or similar platforms (preferred)
- Educated to degree level in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience
